Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.

Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.

Return and Refund Policy

At Ghost_Rider Studio, every item is crafted with care and precision. Because most of our products are custom-made to order, we have a specialized return and refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness.

📦 Returns

Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns on custom-made products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Non-Custom Items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Personalized or custom-designed products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards

To request a return or report an issue, email support@ghostriderstudio.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:
- Items damaged in transit
- Incorrect orders (wrong item, size, or design)
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect custom items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue.
